Fan-Merch

Do's Don'ts
Sell fan-merch of my OCs that I also sell official merch of. You can check who I'm selling official merch of here. Sell fan-merch of characters I don't sell official merch of and my persona/vtuber. It doesn't feel right for someone else to be making money of an OC that I don't make money off.
Make your own artwork to sell as fan-merch. Use my own artwork (or anyone else's) and sell that on merch (or make money off them in any other way). Do not steal or repost art from myself or my fans.
Sell your fan-merch yourself (e.g. on Etsy, Shopify, in person at comic cons and fairs, etc) Use a print-on-demand service to sell for you (e.g. RedBubble, Society6, TeePublic, TeeSpring, etc)
Sell stickers, pins, badges, prints, keychains Sell clothing, plushies, figurines, bags, pillows
Make the items yourself or use a manufactuer to make items for you using your own artwork Be a business/company/corporation or mass-produce merch of my characters/myself without some license agreement directly with me
Label your fan-merch as 'unofficial' in the title or description. Claim your fan-merch is official or made by me or affiliated with me.
Launch Kickstarters or other crowd-funding campaigns for fan-merch
Make any money off myself or my works in any other way than what is allowed in this section. An exception would be if you post a video including clips of my work and it's transformative/fair-use then that's fine to be monetised. If you have any questions, please contact me via DMs or email.
Fan-Works of Me

As much as my vtuber model and presence online is a persona (spoilers: the real me is not actually a vampire), I am still a real person behind it. Please don't make headcannons about me, ship me with people, or treat me like a fictional character.

Do's Don'ts
SFW works of me NSFW works of me, or drawing me nude including without a shirt on
Making artwork of me Making fanfiction and cosplays of me
Art of me by myself, romantic art with my partner JuliaB00, or platonic art with my friends Mac and Green. Drawing me with fictional characters I like, romantic art of me with characters I self-ship with. Art of me with you, or any other stranger, any child or child character, being romantic with anyone other than my partner or characters I self-ship with.
Drawing me with different clothes (no skirts, no dresses, no lingerie) Changing my gender, sex, race, eye colour, hair colour and length, age, or any other physical features. I am a trans man, do not draw me as a cis woman or cis man (or any other gender).
Making animatics/animations of me and my stream clips, using clips of my streams/videos in your video if it's transformative or under fair-use. Re-uploading my streams/videos/clips (with or without credit) with nothing or very little added to them to make them transformative or fair-use.
Animatics and animations of fandom characters I've voiced that use my own voice and audio from my audio role-plays (following the crediting rules at the top of this page). Re-uploading/re-posting my audios with no or very little change (e.g. re-uploading an audio roleplay but you've drawn new thumbnail art).
Fan-Works of My Original Characters

Ultimately, I can't control what you imagine about my characters, and you have free will to imagine anything including things that aren't canon or things I'm uncomfortable with. But, if you're going to do that, then please do not tag me in those works, do not send them to me, or post it somewhere I'm likely to see it. What is canon? My OCs biographies, facts, and full-body nude references are on their pages on my OC wiki.

Do's Don'ts
SFW and NSFW art (drawings, animations, crafts, etc) and fan-fiction (regular fics, imagines, reader-inserts, etc) of my OCs. If making a NSFW work then be respectful and true to my characters canonical genitals, dynammics and preferences in sex, and kinks (these are listed on their pages in my OC wiki)
Shipping and making romantic/sexual works of OCs of mine with other OCs of mine, characters from other fandoms, yourself or your self-inserts or your OCs, regardless of what relationships are canon, regardless of if they were already canonically in a relationship. Sending me headcannons you have and expecting me to always agree and make them canon. I have headcannons about characters that aren’t mine all the time, but I don’t message the character creator and tell them about them.
Putting my OCs in other outfits, as long as it's respectful to what they're comfortable wearing (e.g. some of my trans men OCs find skirts dysphoric). These are listed on my OC wiki. Changing my OCs gender (espeically since most of them are trans, e.g. I don't want to see my trans men OCs genderbent into a women or cis men), sexuality, romantic identity, body type and weight, genitalia, physical features, race. If a character of mine has fantasy coloured skin changing it to a realistic skin tone for a human AU is fine (e.g. Silk has purple skin but I've drawn a human version of him with non-purple skin).
Making fan OCs that live in the world of my OCs, or are of any fantasy species I've created, just make sure to credit me as creating that world/species. Plagiarising or copying any of my stories and passing them off as your own original works, whether for profit or not.
Moodboards, stimboards, image or video edits of my OCs as long as they don't including re-posting my art or fanart that you yourself didn't make (unless of course you got permission from that artist to use their art in your edit). Having my OCs in works containing: rape/non-con, gore, interacting with minors in any way, sexualising their regression, pregnancy (whether them being pregnant or getting someone else pregnant), alcohol, drugs (including weed), graphic depictions of violence and abuse, bestiality. This list doesn't mean I think stories with those topics in are bad or evil, just that I'm uncomfortable seeing them.
Cosplaying my OCs. Cosplaying my OCs if you're under 18, though again you shouldn't be sending my any fanworks if you're under 18. Doing genderbent cosplays of my OCs; What that means is a cis woman cosplaying one of my trans man OCs is okay and fine, as long as it's not a 'female version' of that trans man who is now wearing a skirt instead of trousers, for example. Cosplaying characters that are different genders from you is entirely fine and normal, it's like drag or some call is 'crossplay' (a combination of the words cross-dressing and cosplay)).
Animatics and animations of my OCs that use my own voice and audio from my audio role-plays (following the crediting rules at the top of this page). Re-uploading/re-posting my audios with no or very little change (e.g. re-uploading an audio roleplay but you've drawn new thumbnail art).
If you include quotes from my writing/audio roleplays in your artwork or fan-fiction then credit me for that line. Using my OCs design for your own OC (inspiration is fine, copying and plagiarism is not), using my OCs as a vtuber model, acting as my OCs for your own audio roleplays.
Making web graphics (stamps, blinkies, userbars, etc) of my OCs as long as you use your own artwork. I already make official web graphics of my OCs using my own official artwork that you can find here. Using mine or anyone's artwork for web graphics without their permission.
